Spin Seconds in the calendar, using DateTimePicker

Mar 14, 2012 at 5:56 PM

Is it possible to add seconds into the time picker, below the calendar?
I can use the spin up and down in the text box to change the seconds, but I would like to do it when the calendar is open, using the up and down spinners of the time picker.

I'm not sure if I understand correctly what you are asking.  If you want to be able to specify the time format of the TimePicker inside the DateTimePicker control, then this feature is available in the most recent "source code" and will be part of the next release (1.6.0).

If you are using the version 1.5.0, I guess you have no choice but to redefine the template of the DateTimePicker in order to set the Format/FormatString property of its TimePicker.

I think you understood correctly. I want to be able to change the seconds in the time (combo-box) that is shown below the calendar, when it is open to pick a date.

Do you have any plans of when will the 1.6.0 version be stable and released?

Thank you.

The version 1.6.0 is planned to be release in less than 2 weeks.

I forgot to mention that the properties you are looking for on DateTimePicker are TimeFormat and TimeFormatString.
